| Job Description: | The Leasing Professional (LP) acts as the first line of contact, verbally and in-person, for all prospects, vendors, fellow employees, management executives and the public in general. The LP is responsible for leasing apartments shown and/or pre-leasing apartments with notices to vacate through new contacts and renewals of existing residents. The LP increases the value of the property by reaching and maintaining maximum occupancy of apartments at their maximum market rates. |
