We are a progressive, growth oriented company that seeks a talented Property Manager. The ideal candidate will represent himself/herself in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner. He or she must have a proven track record, excellent customer service skills, be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and display leadership skills. He or she should also possess new construction experience, be familiar with conventional A or B products, and enjoy working in a high-end market. The candidate must be able to create viable yearly budgets and work within those parameters, feel a sense of fiduciary responsibility to the owner and asset, as well as being skilled in owner reporting.
The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall management of the property, including short-term and long-term planning, budgeting, marketing, fiscal management, maintenance supervision, and execution of the asset’s capital improvement plan and supervision of the on-site team. The PM is the income coach constantly making positive strides to improve the Net Operating Income of the asset while maintaining the asset to top standards. The PM supervises all personnel on site and reports to the Regional Manager.
