Job: Housekeeper/Groundskeeper Exchange Lofts

We are a progressive, growth oriented company seeking an experienced Housekeeper/Groundskeeper to ensure that the community remains clean, safe and orderly at all times. Responsibilities include overall cleaning and maintaining appearance of the grounds, community clubroom, models, guest suite and vacant make readies. The Housekeeper/Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining a physically safe and appealing environment for residents, guests and associates. The Housekeeper/Groundskeeper accepts that his or her full time role is devoted to the growth of the property’s Net Operating Income while maintaining the condition of the asset.
The right candidate will possess a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, strong time-management skills, and strong inter-personal skills.
