Job: Senior Service Engineer, Millennium Apartment Homes

Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Service Engineer (‘SE’) is responsible for the overall development and operation of the maintenance functions on site. This person will perform and direct lower level maintenance personnel in the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical systems, mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, motor vehicles and equipment. All work is to be accomplished per Rohman Maintenance Standards. Responsibilities The SE is responsible for maintaining a physically safe and appealing environment for residents, guests and associates. The SE accepts that his or her full time role is devoted to the growth of the property’s Net Operating Income while maintaining the condition of the asset. Job Requirements: 5-7 years experience in property management or equivalent combination of education, training or experience HVAC certification CPO Certification Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Willingness to travel 2 days per quarter and work with a global team of professionals Proven leadership and abilities Experience: The fully qualified candidate will have approximately 2-4 years of progressively responsible experience in the maintenance/repair of HVAC systems, mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing and grounds in multifamily or commercial developments. Also: Extensive experience in all aspects of relationship management Experience or training in PC-based word processing and spreadsheet software preferred Experience with specific on-site property management software preferred Additional Information: Equal Opportunity Employer.
