Job: Housekeeper Madison Oaks

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a physically safe and appealing environment for residents, guests and associates. The Housekeeper accepts that his or her full time role is devoted to the growth of the property’s Net Operating Income while maintaining the condition of the asset.
Job Requirements: The right candidate will possess a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, strong time-management skills, and strong inter-personal skills.

Applicant must be professional, teachable and able to
follow directions and checklists. Must be able to move furniture and appliances, work in small areas and work with chemicals.

We are a progressive, growth oriented company seeking an experienced Housekeeper to ensure that the community remains clean, safe and orderly at all times. Responsibilities include overall cleaning and maintaining appearance of the community clubroom, models, guest suite and vacant make readies.
